18 years ago I was in college, had a son, and was in an abusive relationship.

Due to the stress and struggles, my weight spiraled out of control to 405 lbs. 

I was lost, had no clue how to control my eating habits, and was buried under huge amounts of excess fat

But after a friend showed me that I had value and that I was worth investing in…

I found the courage to embark on my weight loss journey.

And fast forward 15 years later after a monstrous journey of consistently falling off the wagon, and getting back on…
